About the project

Tost by Tostitos® is a casual dining experience that fuels togetherness by offering guests a culinary experience centered around the versatility of Tostitos products. This unique on-site experience is tailored to fit different locations and occasions, pairing culinary creations and discovery with the nuances and themes of each place.

Working with the brilliant New Creatures team, I provided restaurant operations expertise to develop the first-ever pop-up restaurant activation for Tostitos. Every dish and beverage innovatively incorporated Tostitos chips, dips, or other products to showcase the brand's versatility beyond "just chips and dip."

We transformed the Roosevelt Row Welcome Center into an incredible, immersive experience for diners in our restaurant and curious art enthusiasts in the container galleries and offered sampling from our food truck.

My role on Tost by Tostitos® SBLVII

My development responsibilities included collaborating with Cloth & Flame, our local catering partner, and the Frito-Lay culinary and design teams to bring the vision to life. Using my operations skillset, I helped align all of the elements that would eventually evolve into a wildly successful experience for our guests, Tostitos, and Pepsi/Frito-Lay:

menu design, recipe development, dining room setup, kitchen setup, staffing and labor, tableware, service style and execution, technology sourcing and setup (reservations management, POS), guest services, and experience management.
